    Faisal is the founder and CEO of Spearhead. Launched in 2008, Faisal has led the company to incredible growth and success. A former sales leader with AT&T and award-winning Consultant and Agency Executive, Faisal brings a wealth of industry knowledge and vision. He saw a need in the industry and created an equitable solution that has saved companies millions in unnecessary IT spending making Spearhead Consulting a market leader. Faisal is also the co-founder and CRO of bitFit, an intuitive business operations platform.

    Erik Spurlock VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

    Erik joined Spearhead in 2013.  Based in Dallas, he leads the Southwest Market.  Prior to that, he was an award winning Director of Business Development at AT&T, where he focused on emerging technologies.

    Alison joined Spearhead in 2012. Prior to that, Alison was a sales leader at Verizon/GTE, Qwest and AT&T for 18+ years.  Alison holds a B.A. in Telecommunications from Indiana University.

    Jacqueline is an award winning sales leader and consultant.  She joined Spearhead in 2014.  Prior to that she was a Strategic Account Director at CenturyLink in the Southern California market.

    Alex Stolyar Operations

    Alex joined Spearhead in 2012 as the Operations.  He is also the co-founder of bitFit.  Prior to that, he served in Operations Management roles at Yahoo!, RingCentral, iPass and Sun Microsystems.

    Zach Dean Strategic Account Director

    Zach joined Spearhead in 2016. Prior to that he was at AT&T. An industry Veteran with nearly ten years experience, he enjoys building intelligent and efficient networks. At Spearhead, he focuses on both direct clients and on strategic partnerships and channel alliances.

    An industry veteran of 23 years, Travis joined Spearhead in 2017 as VP of Business Transformation after a successful eight year run as AVP of Sales at EarthLink (now Windstream).  His passion is helping enterprise companies become more competitive through IT Transformation.

    Kristi brings 15 years of strategic consulting having held leadership roles at AT&T, CenturyLink, and Imperva specializing in both Telecommunications and Cyber Security. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University and a post graduate Cyber Security certificate from Champlain College.

    Jason joined Spearhead in August of 2017. Prior to that Jason was with AT&T for 10 years. Jason had always maintained a Strategic Account Lead role, serving the San Francisco Bay Area. Jason is a graduate of San Jose State University with a degree in Kinesiology.
